About Dr. Taylor

Dr. Taylor

Dr. Taylor graduated with her degree in exercise physiology before attending Palmer College of Chiropractic for her doctorate. It was in the clinic during mentorship and in private practice that she found her passion for helping others heal through diet, lifestyle and nutrition modifications. She has taken special consideration in the populations of pediatrics, pregnancy and preconception, hormone balancing, and gut health after her own wellness journey led her to take a deep dive finding true answers and concrete solutions to these issues. She has worked with hundreds of patients helping them find their own answers and leading them in their path to wellness.

When I'm not working with patients I enjoy spending time outdoors, gardening, caring for my chickens and pup.

Why I Started Connected Nutrition

I have suffered from bloating, skin conditions, low energy, and parasite overload. After skin issues were persistent, I was finally convinced to see a dermatologist. Weeks went by and invasive procedures were done, all to tell me I had dermatitis, it was partially caused by the sun, and I was prescribed a cortisone cream and pushed on my way. Of course, my skin was inflamed, anybody could see that, but I wanted to know why and what could I do to actually solve the problem, rather than cover it up. It was only when I started digging deeper and working on gut health, ridding my body of parasite overgrowth and prioritizing my health, I finally started to see results.

I came to Dr Taylor wanting to balance my hormones and improve my sleep. She started me on a supplement routine and within weeks I could see improvement in my sleep and then began to have a normal cycle with minimal PMS symptoms. We made adjustments to my supplement routine as I made progress and she is now supporting me through the fertility journey. I am so grateful for her expertise and feel in control of my body again!
